“Necessity is the mother of all inventions”, having spent 20 odd years in and around private equity firms and their portfolios, we realize that private equity deal teams need partners with strength (both technical and emotional) to help them navigate the uncertainty associated with investing in companies. This need gave rise to Kratos Partners, which true to its name (Kratos or Cratos meaning strength), leverages it extensive middle market private equity experience forming partnerships with its clients to be able to deliver faster, better, and cost-efficient results across the deal continuum.
